Biggest city in the South West with a vibrant salsa scene.

• Wednesday - SalsaMania @ Jongleurs SalsaMania - Bristols most successful Latin club night. Plays mainly salsa, with some merengue, bachata & reggaeton. All levels of dancing. (Only two levels of class, so advanced class tends to suffer from improver level dancers holding it back.)

Near Bristol, although significantly smaller, has an active salsa scene.

• Monday - La Flamenca - Small venue, excellent spanish atmosphere. Plays salsa, 2-3 bachata. Dancing level predominantly beginners & sometimes a few intermediate.
• Tuesday - BathSalsa @ ClubXL Bath Salsa - Bath's biggest salsa night. Plays salsa, 1-2 bachata, 1-2 merengue. All levels of dancer (3 teachers, 4 levels of class). Usually a packed dance floor 10 - 11.
• Thursday - KISS Salsa @ Fopp - Nice sized venue, good floor. Plays salsa, 1-2 merengue. All levels of dancer, though predominantly improver level (2 teachers, 3 levels of class). Gets very warm!

• Friday/Saturday - Salseros @ The Claverton Rooms [1] - Once a month, one of the best party nights in the South West. Attracts the best dancers in the area. Guest teachers, occasional live band
• Friday/Saturday - Bath Salsa @ Bhongy Bo's - Once a month. Very small city centre venue. Very popular night. Plays salsa, 1-2 bachata. Beginners class, but dancers are usually improvers upwards.
